Ways to Prevent Acne

During pregnancy due to hormonal changes, your complexion gets affected. If you had a clear skin all through, then these pimples and acne seem annoying. On the other hand, if you had pimples and acne before the pregnancy, then your skin might just clear up.

Irrespective of the situation, you can make a start by keeping your skin clean and moisturized. Moreover, if pimples and acne start to appear then take care that you do not pick, squeeze, or pop them. By doing this you make things worse for your skin by risking scars. If the acne becomes worse, then talk to your doctor.

Ways to prevent acne:

  • Consume plenty of fruit and vegetables to maintain healthy skin. Avoid sugar and refined carbohydrates.
