Eyes And Forehead Facial Exercises
The facial exercises specifically for the areas of the eyes and forehead will help you to deal with baggy eyes, puffy eyes, droopy eyelids and wrinkles on your forehead. The eyes are the windows to our soul so they should be surrounded by smooth, unlined skin.
The skin around the eye, is the thinnest and most fragile skin. The eyes are the central focus of the face and any wrinkles around the eye areas is most aging. Also bags under the eyes can create an aged, unhealthy look. If you are regular with the facial exercises, it will help you to fight baggy eyes as well as droopy eyelids.
Eye Exercises
- Exercise 1
- Gently tone the muscles of the eyes by pressing two fingers.
- Repeat the step 5 times.
- Exercise 2
- Sit upright.
- Close your eyes and be relaxed.
- While keeping your eyes closed, try to look down and then look up.
- Repeat these steps 10 times.
- Exercise 3
- Sit upright.
- Close your eyes and be relaxed.
- Keep your eyes closed and lift your eyebrows and stretch the eyelids down, and keep in this position up to 5 counts.
- You have to relax after 3rd step.
- Repeat these steps 5 times.
- Exercise 4
- Sit upright with your eyes relaxed and open.
- Lift your eyebrows while closing your top eyelids until about halfway closed, then open your eyelids wide until the white of your eye shows over your iris.
- Exercise 5
- Sit upright.
- Look straight ahead with your eyes open.
- Keep your head still and look up then down.
- Repeat these steps 10 times.
- Then look left and right and repeat it 10 times.
Forehead exercises
- Exercise 1
- Frown as much as possible and try to bring your eyebrows over your eyes while pulling the eyebrows toward one another.
- Then lift your eyebrows as far as possible while opening your eyes.
- Repeat these steps 5 times.
- Exercise 2
- Lie on your bed facing the ceiling your head hanging over the edge.
- Lift your eyebrows as high as possible and your eyes must be open very wide.
- You have to relax after 2nd step.
- Repeat these steps 10 times.
- Exercise 3
- Sit upright
- Face forward and while bringing your eyebrows down over your eyes, wrinkle your nose as far up as possible while flaring your nostrils.
- Keep for a count of 10
- You have to relax after 3rd step.
- Repeat these steps 5 times.
