Fruits and vegetables are good food for your health, but again they should be eaten in limits. If taken too much, the fruit will turn into sugar and that may cause other health problems. Eating too much you may gain weight. You may also have high cholesterol as well by eating too much. High cholesterol can cause to harden arteries, which can be followed by strokes or heart attacks. Thus, you need to eat, but keep an eye on what you are eating and how much of it in a whole day.

To know, whether you are eating right, you need to go to the doctor. He will tell you if you need to go on a diet. The doctor will check out your weight and then will be able to tell about food for health. Next, he may put you on a diet to lose weight or a diet to help you gain weight. He will plan a diet chart for you, which will tell you what to eat, what not to eat and in how much quantity. Then, he may also tell you to exercise on a daily basis. You need to burn up what you take in so it will not turn into fats.

Try to ascertain that you only eat the amount you are supposed to, and do exercises that will keep you healthy. You can always consult your family doctor to learn how to count your calories and weigh your food. If you don't then, you will not be able to have a balanced diet.

Just remember to set a goal, but do not make it so rigid that you cannot do it and give up. Initiate a little at a time and then as you get better you can increase your plans. Moreover, what-ever you do try to stick to it, it needs will power and control.
