'A single day without dancing is a day wasted', said Nietzsche. Even if you haven't danced for decades, there's nothing to stop you from starting again, with or without your partner.

Begin By dancing at home

Put on some leggings, a leotard and some ballet shoes. Choose the rhythms you like best. It does not matter if its rock, salsa or techno as long as you are dancing. Twenty minutes f dancing a day will do wonderful for your mood, improve your breathing and blood circulation, burn off calories and help you feel sexier. Dancing is a pleasure and excellent exercise. Do not do without it!

Enroll at a dance school!
Its time to fulfill one of your old dreams and learn to dance as a couple. If your partner wants to, take him along. If not, go with a friend (male and female) and become an expert in the Argentinean tango (very fashionable these days), the waltz or the jive. You will discover that you can dance whatever your age, you will make friends and find new self-confidence.
