Aging of the skin is a normal process, by which the collagen and elastin that keep our skin looking firm and youthful start to decline, which results in wrinkles. Cell production and cell quality also weaken over time resulting in wrinkles. These factors unfortunately are not in our control, despite the fact that diet and supplements can slow down the process but it will not stop it.
