Eat right food:
It is no secret that what you eat can obviously improve your health, but what you choose to put in your mouth can also improve the elasticity and resilience of your skin. Food high in water content makes wonders for a youthful skin. The antioxidants, like vitamins A,B, C, E help to fight toxins like chemicals, which attack and damage skin. A multivitamin goes a long way in giving you the adequate protection against collagen and skin cell damage that accelerate aging as well.
Some oils are good for you. Omega fatty acids present in some edible oils help to keep your skin firm and elastic, improve the health of your hair and protect you from heart disease. One of the best sources of omega acids is Flax oil. If you want to dual the profit, sprinkle some flax seeds on your food as well.

The skin's worst enemy is the harmful, ultraviolet rays of the sun. Apply sunscreen to any exposed part of your body, before stepping outside. Follow this schedule religiously and your skin will thank you, especially later in life.
Drink Water
The main secret of young looking skin is to drink water daily. Drinking at least eight to ten glasses of water is very necessary. Not only does it permit your body to flush away toxins, but it also keeps the skin hydrated and supple. The drier your skin, there is more possibility of developing wrinkles or of accentuating existing ones.

If your diet and sunscreen do not seem to be helping, try using a face cream containing collagen and retinol. Both seem to help in decreasing fine lines and faint wrinkles. Vitamin A and copper creams have also shown positive results.
