Take some rose petals; purchase a rose water bottle and some fresh milk.
- Bathroom to Spa : Prepare your bathroom, before you step in for a bath, for the
ultimate spa experience. Keep the towels at an accessible distance. Keep creams, scrubs, soaps, loofah or brushes on a bench or a shelf. Add bath salts or essentials oils to your bathing water. Further, place the candles at diverse places and light them up. In case you have, tea lights then light them and add drops of aroma oils in them. You will see the atmosphere of your bathroom transforming right in front of your eyes.

- Another spa treatment is to pour a litre of milk in the bathtub. People with oily skin can restore it with lemon or rose water. Follow the entire procedure of massaging and scrubbing. Now step into the tub and sink into the pool of beauty. Stay there for at least half an hour. Read a book, play some soft music or simply meditate while your skin rejuvenates. Once you are done, apply water based or natural ingredient based moisturizer. Dab on some essential oil.
