  • To protect the skin from dry skin peeling, do not allow it to come in the excess contact of water. It is essential to limit bath or body wash twice a day.
  • One should always use the clothes made of soft material like cotton. If your skin is very sensitive to the metal allergies, avoid the frequent use of gold or silver jewelry.
  • Brush your skin regularly with soft brush to remove the layer of dead and dry skin. Milk bath can be a nice option to keep the skin moist and healthy.
  • For the healthy skin, one should always eat the green leafy vegetables, juicy fruits and avoid the excessive intake of alcohol. Along with the proper diet, sufficient sound sleep is also necessary to maintain the health of your skin. The problem of dry skin peeling is mostly observed on the hand fingers and bottom of the feet.

Beautiful skin plays a great role in one's personality. The skin is of two types, either oily or dry. However, when the skin reaches extreme stages of these two conditions, it gets into big trouble. Skin peeling is one of the usual problems related to dry skin. This problem can be kept under control using appropriate remedies.
